By using our site you are accepting the following terms and conditions
1. This web page is property of Victor Oliver, all rights reserved. Any similarity in this site with another site is pure coincidence, any license violation is unintended, feel free to contact us for any license violation that we might be causing so we can solve it as soon as possible.
2. The site might contain third party content wich license allows us to use it on our site, those contents are owned by their respective owners and you must acomplish with their licenses.
3. While we try to keep this terms of service basically the same over time, sometimes we may need to change them to adapt to new situations. We will consider that you accept any changes made to this terms of service if you keep using our web page 30 natural days after the terms where updated
4. You may end this license agreement at anytime by not using anymore our site.
MAIL TERMS OF SERVICE
This additional terms and conditions may apply if you use our mail server
1. Our mail server is a public mail server, anyone may buy a account plan or may recieve a free or trial account at owner's discretion.
2. Mails sent from our mail server do not necesarly are official or represent our opinion, the contents of those emails are user-generated content. If you're searching for an official response or content you should only trust the following list of addresses provided that the headers aren't forged and are signed properly:

3. You're the solely responsible of protecting your account against unauthorized access. For that aim, we provide you with optional Two Factor Authentication and with tools to easily encrypt/decrypt/sign your emails with OpenPGP. We advise you to choose a strong password and not to use the same password you use at this site at any other service or the same password from any other service at this site
4. You will not send spam from/to our server. We will consider spam any mail that is both unsolicited and bulk. Spam is prohibited by federal laws and we may use any information in spam emails against the sender of the spam. Also if you have an account in our server and we find you (or somebody else who accessed your account) is sending spam we may finish the account without having to give any refund for any current paid mail plans
5. If you recieve spam that seems to come from our server and want to get support about it or want us to act against the sender, you will first have to check if the sender IP matches our SPF records and that it's properly DKIM signed, we can't give support about mails that are not properly DKIM signed or do not match SPF records and the delivery of such emails should hard-fail.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. We collect usage statistics (like visit time, pages visited...) from visitors and make anonymous data publicly available for transparency. If you don't feel confortable with this tracking you can easily change your preferences about tracking on this site here or you can enable DoNotTrack in your browser.
2. We will never share any personal data that you give to us unless you explicitly specify us to do so.
3. People with access to the server are not allowed to look into your data unless you give permission or we find solid proofs/reports that you're sending SPAM, Virus, Phishing attacks... in which case the offendor emails could be used as proof. The non-offendor emails will remain private after this proccess.
4. If you delete a email from your account we will do so on our servers so the email is permanently deleted. We will not keep any copies of the emails you delete. (Mind emails go to the trash folder before being permanently deleted from your account)
